Keep getting "PayPal: Internal Error Try again later" messages on Paypal website.

After logging into Paypal, I tried to view or edit a couple things, however, I get nothing but this message:

"PayPal: Internal Error Try again later". no matter what I do.

Is that a problem with the Paypal website?

Or is that a problem with my account for some reason?

I wish the error was more specific.

I cannot offer a solution, but wanted to add my voice as another user encountering this "PayPal: Internal Error Try again later" error message.  Crazy that this thread started in November 2016 and PayPal still cannot figure out a solution!  Safari is my browser and I've received the message for the last 2 days while trying to navigate to the Wallet tab.  I have money that was transferred to me sitting in there and I'd like to be able to transfer it to my bank.
