After logging into Paypal, I tried to view or edit a couple things, however, I get nothing but this message:
"PayPal: Internal Error Try again later". no matter what I do.
Is that a problem with the Paypal website?
Or is that a problem with my account for some reason?
I wish the error was more specific.
Thank you.

I should also mention that these Paypal internal error messages happen when I click almost any link within my profile. When I click, "Add a credit/debit card" it happens before I even enter the card info. When I clicked to view my profile it happened at first and I kept trying until I finally succeeded. These errors were numerous and without any account problems to trigger them, at least none that I could see. Perhaps they were because of Adobe flash objects which have caused so many problems on other websites that many companies have quit using Adobe altogether. In any case, please correct these problems because it is creating problems with my business. Here is the constant message I receive:
"We are not able to process your request. Please try again later."

So if anyone knows of a solution, please post.
I'm using Windows 7 64x and Internet Explorer

Hi.
I had the same problem. I may have found a workaround. (It worked for me, anyway.) I was trying to add a credit card. Every time i made it to "Link a credit of debit card" button, I'd click it & it would take me to the "internal error, try again later" screen.
So I tried this: I made it to the "link a credit or debit card" button, but I RIGHT-clicked it instead, and chose "open in new tab" option. That seemed to work. Give that a shot for whatever it is that's sending you to the "internal error" page.
For some reason, it seems to hit a wall if you try to do everything in the same Internet Explorer window / tab... so just try to open the next page in a new window / tab.
Hope it helps.

Opening in a new tab didn't work for me. I still get Internal Error, Try Again Later! I don't get it on my phone or tablet just on my PC.

For two days, I have been trying to update a credit card on Paypal but get INTERNAL ERROR message too. I tried the "right click work around mentioned above" and got the same error message. I am using Windows 10. Any suggestions? How do we contact Paypal straight on to fix these problems>

I've been having this issue for days. The PMs with Paypal were useless. But when I called the center, the guy was incredibly helpful with everything. However this issue? He couldn't do anything for me. He said it was a known issue going on. So it was nothing "broken" in my account or anything I'm doing. I just wish he had a solution. I'm miffed that this has been going on so long with nothing being resolved though.

Maybe they will care when I can no longer pay for purchases? !! We all have credit cards renewed with new expiration dates from time to time. Thanks for letting us know that even contacting Paypal does not work.

I just tried again today. STILL an error. What the heck man. How am I supposed to do business? This is insane. I appreciate the customer service I got, he was great for my other issue, but for this he was drawing a blank. Even though he knew this is a problem going on for us!!!
