Inability to Withdraw Funds

I'm not able to withdraw money from my PayPal account for some unknown reason.

When I try to withdraw money, I get this message: "Sorry, but we need more information.

Please withdraw money on our Classic site instead." Every time when I try to withdraw on classic site view nothing happen.
Can someone help me ? My paypal account is useless since i cannot withdraw money to my bank account.

I encounter the same problem. I don't know what to do. My account is Philippines.

Could be that PayPal does not recognize ya'll devices so it needs more info.  Clear out your browser cache and cookies.

Then log in here:

https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_withdraw-funds&nav=0%2e2

Once you gain access, log out and login again.
