Inability to withdraw funds.

get the following message "Sorry, but we need more information. Please withdraw money on our Classic site instead but still nothing happen on the classic when I try to withdraw funds to my bank account.

I'm not sure what information they need.  Can anyone help me to resolve this problem.?

Is your bank or card confirmed and verify to withdraw to?  Anyway, try this link if you haven't already:
