I would like to go paperless, but can't find where the option is...

I cannot find where to enroll for paperless statements for paypal smartconnect?

I've been on the site for 45 minutes looking for the selection for Paperless Billing. I too would like to go paperless, but can not for the life of me find a link to direct me to that option.

Can anyone PLEASE guide me to that option?

Hi all!

Sorry for the lack of a response to this issue. Because we have a few different versions of our account floating about, these instructions may not necesarily work for all. But let's start with these instructions and if they don't work in your account you've been moved to a newer version and we'll find out where it's at now. 🙂

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click "Profile" near the top of the page.
3. Click "My money."
4. Click "Update" beside PayPal Extras MasterCard® or PayPal Smart Connect.
5. Click "Update Account Preferences."
6. Click "Receive Electronic Statements" under Statement Preferences.

Please let me know if this doesn't track and we'll get it sorted out.

   Your solution does not work on my account. When I click on profile and notifications, there is no link for credit.

I lost direction after My Money. I do not have an option for pp mastercard. I have bill me later. still can't find it.
