I need to close my account but I have limitations.. what do I do?

I want this account closed.. I can't link my card to it. I already made a new account and got my card linked to that one no problem. Do I just need to wait for the limitation to be resolved or should I call Paypal?

If your account is limited then you are not supposed to open another.

No no I already made a new account.. my card wouldn't link to this one, so I made a new account and it linked fine.. I made this account here before i turned 18 (oops) But now I'm 19 and I can use Paypal @kernowlass

What else was I suppose to do? I needed to get my card to link so the only option I had was to make a new account

You are supposed to phone PayPal support to get the account fixed.

You risk having your second account limited as long as the first one is limited.
