How can I get a credit balance from PayPal transferred into my checking account. I have recurring payments to my checking account set-up, and I know PayPal won't return money it owes me unless I jump through some hoops. Is there an easy way to get it back? I don't use PayPal that often so I need the cash in my checking account, not my PayPal account.

paypal balance should always be a credit balance, you will not be on good terms with Paypal long if it is a debit balance.
if it is free to spend, then you can transfer to a bank account if verified or ask for a bank check mailed to you or just spend it,buy agift card or something.
there is a fee for bank check and must be cashed at a bank.
