I keep trying to cancel a specific credit card and the reply I get is transaction cannot be completed now try later (in red type). This is the second day of 'try again later'. Any idea of what is going on?
you may have to wait 180 days to remove any old card or bank account in case there are issues with them.
Thank you for your response. That was the way I was reading this red box that kept popping up. The fix: call PayPal direct and have them remove the card. Done.
