if it is the extra credit card,add a new one and make it primary,then remove the old one later

No, it is the main PayPal MasterCard, and there is no option for removing it.

I couldnt find a way to unlink it myself, i had to call 866-753-6440 option 5 then option 5 again, then i got transferred to a customer service rep, i verified my name and last 4 of my card #, and told her i wanted to delink it and she did it in less than 5 minutes
