Paypal transfer fund problem

There seems to be a problem in regards to the transferring of funds.

I can't seem to see my MasterCard when I try to transfer from Paypal to my MasterCard.

                  I already have the MasterCard verified and such, even the address is correct. How do I solve this problem?

FYI: I have not linked to a bank account yet. I am currently using a virtual MasterCard.
