How can I changing my address from the U.S. to the Philippines????

I have retired in the Philippines and can not change my address fron the Unites States to the Philippines. Does anyone have a fix for this.

Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.

Your account registred int he U. S. must use all U. S. references.

Your Philippines account can link a U. S. bank account.
