I got kind of a strange question I can't seem to find an answer for. Does anyone know if buyer/seller protection is dependent on sending to the address on the buyers paypal account? I have a buyer who says he's having difficulties changing his address on here and would like me to send it to a different address. Would that still be covered by the protections?
