HI, i made a business account but never finished the setup and do not want to complete it since i will not be using paypal anymore and i dont want to put in my personal info. i am trying to downgrade my business account to personal use but the people at customer service are saying the same thing over and over again.... here is what they are saying,
- Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account.
- Click help at the top of the page.
- You can choose to Call Customer Support or you can choose to use the Message Center to submit your request.
i have done that but they just keep emailing these steps that do not help... steps are not specific. what topic and sub topic do i need to click to downgrade my account?
