Withdrawing Money From My PayPal Account into My Bank Account

Hi. I need to withdraw the money that was refunded into my PayPal account but the PayPal interface does not offer me user friendly guidelines on how to do that. Please help. I need to know how this done.

Click on withdraw funds and follow the on screen prompts.

That option is not there for me who is in Zambia. This is very inconveniencing for me. I've been unable to access my money quite time now and I'm frankly very **bleep** PayPal. I was really hoping that the people who have written bad reviews about you were wrong but now I see otherwise.
