Hi! I've been a member of Paypal for more than 15 years and have used the same bank account for all of this time. In November, my credit card expired, and when I went to update it, I found out that for some reason Paypal had dropped my bank account off of my user account as well. I now have a negative balance, which I have been getting notices on.
I have tried multiple times to link my bank account and keep getting the message "We are unable to process your request, please try again later". I sent an email to paypal support, which sent me an automated message saying that I had a negative balance (duh) and needed to link my bank account in response. How do I get some help resolving this before my ebay account is no longer in good standing?
