Forgotten password and reset of account

Hello. I really need help from someone because two days in a row i cannot get na answer from pay pal support or agent. Yesterday i changed my paypal password because i forgot it (i had it remembered untill i changed web searcher because of malware). I entered a new one and i received an e-mail saying i did it properly. After logging in i saw that my balance was reduced to zero (i had around 30 dollars on it), and my bank account and card were erased. I also got another e-mail telling me to verify my NEW?!? account. Only my address was still the same on the profile. I tried adding the new card but it wont go because its already been added. So it's like i reset password and get a new account and lost money. I have no idea what to do as no one answers my messages. If anyone is willing to help me I would be grateful.
