Customers not receiving email confirmations thru Paypal

Many of my Customers complain they are not receiving the email confirmations after placing an order. They say it is not in their spam folder either.
(email address on order is correct) Are they sometimes not sent? Do some email servers (like Gmail) block them?
Is anyone else experiencing this?

This does seem to happen once in a while and it's always a mystery unless it's system wide, if you want, you can report the issue to Tech Support.

It seems to happen a lot. It's very dissapointing. Is there anyway to resend an order confirmation?

Does anyone from PayPal actually read these messages???
They certainly don't respond to them

We are seeing the same issue. Paypal keeps saying to check the spam folder... they keep treating us like new merchants. I know there is nothing wrong on my customer email providers or suddenly having paypal show up in their spam folder. In fact, I performed a checkout using my personal financial info and sure enough, no email... and I triple checked my span folder for 6 hours.

I really wish there was a way to resend the confirmations to the Buyer. That would help tremendously when customer says they did not receive, and also if they make a mistake putting in their email address.

what I do is to forward the email I receive as a merchant to them and delete any information in the merchant email notification you don't want them to see.

I've done that too, but the resulting formatting is terrible.
What I've done lately is print out the Packing Slip, scan it to a PDF file and email that. It's a pain ...
