My customers are not receiving a confirmation after they make a purchase on my website.

Hi,

My customers are not receiving a confirmation after they make a purchase on my website using PayPal buttons.

They tell me that after the purchase it just has a option to go back to my site. I have to answer a bunch of calls everyday  asking if the order went through?

I have to manually send a receipt  to them. It seem like it just been doing this lately. Is the a setting that I need to check?
