I have been using my Paypal Premium Account since 2007 and recently, few weeks ago, my account has been limited asking to provide some documents for verification.
I submitted all information and documents, but till today, I didn't get any response and my account is still limited. It looks like I have been forgotten somewhere or can you help me please?
I have stopped accepting orders from my clients as I can't use the account now.
I have sent already some emails to the service but I didn't any response, except some automated answers.
