Customer support three way call

I am not tech savvy and my nephew is helping me setup my account. PayPal has put a hold on the account and wants to call support to verify me. Am I allowed to this via a three way call with my nephew

A paypal account has to be in your name and your name only and only you can contact paypal about it.
