Can't delete old email addresses

Everytime I try to remove the email addresses I don't use on my account, I keep getting an error saying this:

"The characters you've entered don't match those in the image. Please try again."

It says that I didn't entered the right characters that match the image yet there's no image or anything. Please help.

I'm seeing this also, but it happens when I try to remove an old number. There is no image available at that point.

Same problem, have an old email address that shows as Primary, I no longer have that Service.

Calling Pay Pal does not help as they want to send me a message using old email..crazy..

I have the same issue but with confirming my phone number, can't believe nobody has posted a fix for this!

I'm getting the same thing. I can't delete an email entry with a typo in it, attempts to edit/fix the goof just added more I can't delete. I'm very frustrated right now.
