As a Buyer, How to tell if MY address is "confirmed"

Just bought a phone on swappa and Paypal let me choose my home address (i usually use my office address).  Swappa requires a confirmed address but I don't know if the address is confirmed??

I searched my paypal profile, settings, etc. etc. for an hour and I can't find ANYTHING that says any of my addresses are confirmed our not.  Please help!!! Very confused.

Nothing on any of my addresses.  The word "Confirmed" is nowhere to be found.

YEARS ago,seller must ship t o a confirmed address to get seller protection,now all he has to do is to ship to the address on the Paypal payment notice.

I guess that explains it. All the information on the internet seems to be very dated on the subject. And there is no option that I can see PayPal about about confirmed addresses anymore.
