ok to start off, the name registered on my paypal account

i want this name to Be changed

now my question is, i've send them the photo ID, recent bill of my new name

howlong does it takes them to change my name? i really want this fixed already.. i got like 80$ in my paypal account and i can't even use it..

Unfortunately no one here has access to user account details, account issues like this can only be resolved thru customer support.

i've contacted support the only problem here is:

my mother wanted to pay online for soemthing so we registered a paypal account together, i put in my first name and last name instead of my mother ( i'm 17 years old ) so underaged, so they ask my photo id,recent bills i send them my photo id and recent bill of my mother on the card but i just don't want this 80$ going to waste.. this is a unfortunaly situation for me
