ios 9.1 fingerprint/touch id option gone

It may not be connected but I've noticed since installing the Apple iOS 9.1 beta on my iPhone 6 plus that the fingerprint/touch id option is no longer requested and the option doesn't appear in the Settings (it was in Login right?). Anyone else see this too or am I missing something ;-() PayPal app version is v5.12(31).

Thanks for reaching out to us here! I just moved over to 9.1 myself, but the fingerprint login is still available for me. You may want to try uninstalling and re-installing the app to see if this works. 🙂

No joy. I tried that and still no fingerprint option. I have an iPhone 6 plus and in the app settings > login section the fingerprint option isn't even there! Crazy. Any other ideas are appreciated. Having it sure made using the app so much easier 😉

Ok so I did the iOS 9 beta too I also have att I also tried everything you guys have and still the fingerprint option is NOT there did you ever fix it? Thanks

This still doesn't appear to be resolved. I have followed the advice to uninstall/reinstall. Nothing in the settings mentiones Touch ID. Erica, can you please provide us with a more informative update? Thanks!

I have the same problem after updating to 9.1 . Finger print ID does not appear for PayPal anymore. I tryed deleting and reinstalling the app. I tried setting the phone back to factory default and reinstalling every thing. No luck ;-( I am on AT&T and not Verizon who has blocked it on some phones.

I have lost Touch ID on my iPad Air 2 and have not been able to install on my iPhone 6s runnin ios 9.2.1.

On my iPad air2 the Touch ID does not work. Keeps saying try again another time. I tried to delete and reinstall still same message. Any body have a suggestion
