altering the welcome page

Is there a way to customize or modify the welcome/overview page under My Account?

Unfortunately not as there are no features or options available to do what you have in mind.

that kinda bad, because I cant see more than 3 or 4 transaction without having to download all my account information. anyway thanks for letting know so quickly..

If you select the "My transactions" option of the following PayPal login link...

https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_login-run

you will see your PayPal History page when you first login to your PayPal account.

The default time frame for the History page is 30 days, but you can change it to whatever time frame you need to view your PayPal transactions.
