adding an international phone number

Hello, 

I live in Korea so I need to add my local cell phone in order to confirm payments. My number, however, is too long to fit the required format. Is it possible to enter phone numbers that are longer than 10 digits (mine is 12 digits long)? If so, how? Thanks.

I have the same problem. I live in Brazil and need to add a brazilian phone number.

Same thing here and now I can't access my account because of their dumb verification process, even though I'm not using a different computer...I am beginning to think paypal is something I should get rid of now.

I'm having the same problem; I live in Hong Kong but all of my banking is in the U.S. I can't confirm my mobile.
