I've been trying to add a new phone number to my PayPal account but to do so I need to log on first. However I am unable to because they want to verify Who I Am by sending me a text message or having them call me but I have to use my old phone number to do so. So I cannot receive a verification number because they'll send it to my old phone. I'm also having a hard time finding a phone number to call PayPal. Any help would be appreciated
Try to log on via desktop computer with just your email and password. Surely they won't ask you to verify by sms that way, only if you are using mobile, I presume. Once, in, link and verify new mobile, then delete old number.
