hey paypal! i just re new my card....and i delete my old card already...and im linking a my renew card and....so frustrating it says "You cannot add a bank at this time".....what the **bleep** is this????

Are you trying to add a bank account, a credit card or a debit card?

If it's a card, what type of card are you adding?

Is your PayPal account a U.S. PayPal account?
