Unlinking StubHub from PayPal

I had two StubHub accounts and cancelled one. I then tried to link my remaining StubHub account with my PayPal account but PayPal won't let me do that. Paypal thinks I still have the other StubHub account active and wont link to my remaining account. Does anyone know how to remove the link between the two accounts so I can relink to my remaining account?

Hi mameola -

Thanks for reaching out to us here. You would want to go to your account and cancel the billing agreement that you have set up with StubHub for your old account. If you have the newer version of PayPal when you log in you should see a gear at the far right of the page, click on this. On the next page you should see at the bottom right, payment setting - click on preapproved payments. There you should see your StubHub billing aggreement, you would just want to cancel it.

If you have the older version of PayPal:

1. Click Profile at the top of the page.
2. Click My money.
3. Click Update in the My preapproved payments section.
4. Select the merchant's name or email address.
5. Click Cancel.
