I tried activating my paypal prepaid MasterCard and I called customer support and they said I needed provide proof of my identity. They gave me an email of where I should send the document and I sent the documents but I received an email stating that the email I provided wasn't an existing account. What should I do? Or does anyone know the email address you need to send the documents to just incase I didn't type it down right.
