I get this issue "This card is not accepted. Please use a different card", my credit card expired and i got new one with same card number, with new exp date. I have heard that my card Visa Electron isnt accepted in Paypal, but still was able to use old Visa Electron card in PayPal without any issues. But now when I have this new card I get this issue.
