Hello everyone, I am a new user at paypal, and my problem is I cant re apply my credit card in my account, when i put my credit card number and send it says:
"This card has been disabled for entry into the PayPal system. Please add a different card. You may also contact us using Form"
I saw that i have to contact with paypal , but i cant call paypal because im from Bulgaria and i just mailed them like 2 times and nobody response. If there is some opportunity some helper to help me and unblock my credit card will be awesome! I really need to verified my credit card 😞 . Please help me with this problem !
