To clarify - do you mean the bank transfer time frames for when withdrawn funds are estimated to land in your bank account (or in your PayPal account if coming from your bank)? I'm thinking that's the process to which you're referring. If I'm mistaken, please let me know.
Those estimates are educated guesses based on the typical amount of time it takes for a transfer to or from a bank account.
