I am attempting to upload documents to support the claim I just filed but my session timed out and now the link that was there to upload files has disappeared.
I am only being provided with an option to enter a tracking number which is not appropriate in this case. This job was for graphic and web design services.
I have been on hold for 20 minutes and I am calling from Spain!!! Is there a direct email address where I can contact PayPal about technical issues.
I filed a claim and now I am locked out of providing evidence for the claim!

Thanks @kernowlass I hadn't thought of that because it was such a sensitive issue. They finally answered the phone and sent me a link to a web form with instructions to send a follow up email to compalint-response but I am still scared because I did not get the standard PayPal automated response saying they received my email.
I don't want this jerk to get away with stealing from us because I was unable to upload the documentation because the site was not working.
