I am attempting to upload documents to support the claim I just filed but my session timed out and now the link that was there to upload files has disappeared. I am only being provided with an option to enter a tracking number which is not appropriate in this case. This job was for graphic and web design services. I have been on hold for 20 minutes and I am calling from Spain!!! Is there a direct email address where I can contact PayPal about technical issues. I filed a claim and now I am locked out of providing evidence for the claim!
