Problem with adding a bank account.

I tried adding my bank account as it shows you and i get this message: "Sorry, we’re unable to link that bank because it is disabled. Please try another bank." What does this mean and how can i fix the problem?

Where are you located?  What is your bank?

 

You could call PayPal customer service for a direct answer as they can review your account details.

 

Click on "contact" at the bottom of the page and go from there.

Kentucky, usa. I have a City National Bank account. thanks, I'll call PayPal customer service.

OK.  I thought it might have been an international issue like we get from so many on the U. S. forum.

 

It shouldn't be a bank issue, then.  I've never heard of the bank disabled error before.  Have you looked over all possible settings in the finance sections of your profile?  Calling would be good.  Using a passcode does seem to get faster service, but you may still need to wait and hold.
