hello i got a problem ..i did make a mastercard 3 months ago or soo .. then i created a account in paypal without any problems .. after that i tried to buy something from the internet and i did with no probs .. after 2 months ( 7 days ago ) i try to buy something from ebay but for some reasson i cant .. i go to my paypal acc and i see that there is no wallet of my .. i try to make another wallet but it says this ------> screen shoot link -> http://prntscr.com/brgflk ..i try to make another wallet but it still is not letting me .. i go to my bank they say you need to confirm the acc by typing the 4 number code .. ( i say to them i didnt get it ) they say how did you buy something then .. they try to contact the bank support or something and they give me the 4 key code .. but then i go to the paypal page and to the confirm code message .. it brings me back to the point where i need to create another wallet ( the same thing on the picture ) SORRY for the bad english
It seems that the credit card on file is an inactive financial, you need to get in touch with paypal customer service to help you make it active and if you have the paypal code (4digits code) customer service can assist you to confirm the credit card.
The bank did give me some kind of 4 digiits code .. and i did try to contact paypal but no one is answering . did try on facebook .. official paypal and now on the paypal community
