What are the minimum privileges for a user to download the mobile app and accept credit card transactions on a phone or tablet?

I see a virtual terminal privilege in the documentation but it doesn't appear in the interface.

Selecting "Request money and send invoices" is the minimum: that means users can accept payments (by swiping the credit card or keying in the information) but can't do anything else with the account (e.g. can't see balances, transfer money, or make payments).
