No information on how to contact PayPal via email.

To contact us by email:
- Click Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page.
- Click Email Us under "Contact PayPal."
But there is no Email Us under "Contact PayPal"

Also, I tried taking the survey, and got to the question, Since you didn't find your answer, what are you going to try next? and chose other and don't see a field for specifying what other, and the next button is still unclickable. And what does PayPal have against copying from the clipboard via context-sensitive menu?
Also, I may as well mention the original problem that started it all. I paid G2A.com and some time later they had managed to have generated a recurring transfer and charged my account, I reported this and except for the automated message that paypal had received my complaint, got no response from PayPal until they sent an email saying they had decided against me. It said I could request a copy of the materials used to decide the case by emailing claimappeal(at)paypal.com (which whole I get an error message is rejected, but it also indicates the entire rest of the sentence is rejected)* I haven't heard back about that, but it may be because the request was sent on Friday and it is still the weekend, though there was no automated response.
The judgement said The payment in question was sent as part of a payment agreement you previously set up with the merchant, but there was never any indication to me that any payment agreement was made.
The error message does not explain why it is rejected
