Recently I started having problems with my Paypal account, they told me I needed to send some info about myself otherwise my account would go limited. I sent them and my account went limited anyway.. Because I was 17 when I registered on paypal...
Now I can't delete my account because it's limited... I want to create a new account, but to use the same credit card / bank I will need to cancel my current account first...
I already emailed paypal and all I get is an automatic answer.. What should I do?

You are supposed to be 18 before you open an account.
