Limited account with no credit card

My account has been limited since June 8th, asking me to:
- Change my password (complete)
- Update security questions (complete)
- Confirm your credit card
The problem I'm having is that I don't have a credit card linked with my PP account, and with my account limited, I cannot add a new one. Clicking the "resolve" button from "Confirm your credit card" only brings up a new tab where it asks me to add a new card.
Every time I try to contact PP via email, I only get an auto-generated reply from them and it's not helping out with anything, so my last chance is to try here. If anyone has some info on this, or might've been in the same problem, please share your thoughts, ideas or solutions.
