Limited account please help

Why is my account limited still? I completed about verifying my bank and then confirmed my email. then I get a nolification saying that I'm limited because I need more "information about my identity" when I clearly updated my email, bank, and basic information. How do I solve this? Thank you

Go do some shopping, have a drink, relax, and hope it turns out OK while PayPal reviews the documents to make sure everything verifies for your identification and security.
