Is this email legit?

I got an email from "service at paypal" (removed}"

and it says,

NOTICE OF POLICY UPDATE

Dear 'i removed my email' security measure, we detected suspicious information on your account. You received this message due to Invalid information in your account. Please update your information immediately so that you can continue to enjoy all the benefits of your PayPaI account. If you don't Update your Information, Your Account will be CLOSED.  We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we are working hard to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

Not sure if this is legit or not, it looks dodgy to me.

The sending email addres is not PayPal, so that makes it simple:  not from PayPal.

There isn't a link to click.

You could check you PayPal acocunt for any information, but NEVER responde to the questionalble email.

I have received the same email today! There is a link to click, really don't fancy my chances!
