Old Interface vs. New Interface

Hello,

I'm using Paypal Express with NVP integration.
My problem is when I'm using the instant update for shipping cost, the whole interface of paypal express is changing to an old non mobile friendly (not responsive) user interface that makes ist very hard for mobile users to complete their orders.

I've tried it a few times with and without instant update. Everytime I implement the instant update the interface changes.
What can I do to use the new interface instead of that old (ugly) one? 

Not using the instant update is not an option!
