I can't change my primary address

I moved to a foreign nation and Paypal won't allow me to change my address. The more I use paypal the more I'm thinking of going to an alternative. Paypal support really sucks. I heard from a friend that Paypaly stiffed him for $5000 and won't even bother to answer his telephone calls.

PayPal is country specific... you will need to open a new PayPal account for your new country address.
