I removed alt. email adress from profile and my tennants sent the money to that email...help!

I had an old email from when I lived in IL.  The email account was no longer active and at the time I tried to change it, PayPal simply allowed me to add a new email adress and keep that one linked to my account.

I was trying to clean up my account and noticed that I could actually remove that old email from my profile, so I did.

I **bleep** up, as that was actually the email my tennant in Mississippi used to pay me their rent each month.

So at her end it's showing that she paid me and my account shows no money.

What can she do to fix this? Or what can I do?

I was so happy that I could finally get rid of that old email address and did not think it through.

I feel dumb.

if unclaimed,it wil go back to her in 30 days.

You will need to call PayPal to speak with an agent to reset that email address so you can add it back on.  Please post an update and let us know what happens.
