Problem with adress

My address is in Croatia, on account of me standing US and does not let me change,and I think because of that I can not transfer money to my account. What to do? Can somebody help me?

You have to open a new US account in you are residing in the USA or go into your Croatia account to your profile, then to security page to let them know you are traveling in USA.  You can also add a shipping address when you checking out with PayPal.

I never be in USA and cant put my own adress in Croatia. When I try transfer many, for about ten days get it back on pay pal and I think it is because of adress
