I can't access my account

I changed my telephone number and I need to update my account in order to receives security Sms.  Unfortunately, security doesn't let me log in because I'm on a different computer and keeps sending the Sms in order to verify my identity to the number which is no longer in use. I'm stuck! Anybody can help me?
