Okay, after looking through PayPal's newest site theme and scrolling though numberous posts, I finally figured out how to go paperless.
1. Summary
2. PayPal Smart Connect
3. More Details
4. Update Account Preferrences
5. Make selection under Statement preference
There is no "smart connect" option under Summary. None. Does not work for all. PayPal fail.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
