Debit Card Blocked

Hi, good day!

I cannot Add my Debit Card from my paypal account anymore. I got an error saying "This card has been disabled for entry into the PayPal system. Please add a different card. You may also contact us using this form" maybe this is because I kept adding and removing it from my account, only because I kept getting an error whenever I try to validate my Debit card, the error is: "The Credit Card Verification System used by PayPal is currently unavailable. Please try to add your credit card at a later time. We apologize for this inconvenience."

If you would be so kind to reset my Debit card so I can try again and use it here.

Also, I tried to send a email through the PayPal website, but it kept saying that "please enter valid last 4 digits" of my debit card eventhough what I inputted is the correct last 3 digits of mine. Is there a customer service number? I'm from the Philippines.

Customer Service Phone Number for Outside USA: Login, Click "Contact Us", Click "Call Us"

You should also be able to find a number from within your account under the Contact Us link.

Another question, the number given is a U.S. Telephone number, if i call would I be charged for international calln rates?

I got the same error. I am trying to pay for a purchase on eBay. I thought my account was already linked but I keep getting the same error message everytime I add my card or bank account number. I hope calling them tomorrow fix the issue.

Hy I need help with getting my card unblocked.

I wrote my 4 digit code wrong three times and now my card is blocked. it was my first time doing that so I didn't realize that I actually got 3 digit code from my bank each time i've tried to confirmed it.

sir what the problem my card is this error for me. i go to my bank i double check it but nothings change. i cannot receivemy verification code for my debit card. this is and error.. The Card Verification System used by PayPal is currently unavailable. Please try to add your card at a later time. We apologize for this inconvenience. My problem is the same other...my card is almost 2 t3 weaks is not confirm.I hope that helps me this problem...
